Are there treasures tucked away deep in your attic or basement that spark memories of your past? We're not talking about Grandma's armoire — we mean your Brady Bunch lunchbox, Star Wars action figures and baseball cards you've been collecting since you were 12. Why not turn that post-1960s stuff into cash and take a trip down memory lane with like-minded collectors while you're at it?

Just step inside Discovery Channel's exciting new series, Pop Nation: America's Coolest Stuff.

WHAT IS POP NATION?
Discovery Channel's newest series, Pop Nation, celebrates America's love affair with pop culture. In the course of eight one-hour programs and culminating in a grand finale, you'll hear the fascinating stories and meet the colorful characters of pop-culture collecting. At the same time, you'll not only relive the days of your youth, but get insight into the world of collecting and the money that can be made from the stuff in your own home.

Witness the drama as pack rats and collectors get their favorite pop collectible appraised by our experts, find out just how much it's worth, then face the choice of keeping or selling to a buyer with cash in hand. Will greed overcome sentimental attachment?

But that's not all. We'll travel the country to meet the wackiest and most prolific collectors. Meet, for example, the man whose entire house is built around his Charlie's Angels' collection, and a woman who has dedicated her life to collecting Barbie dolls and now boasts more than 10,000 in her collection.

It all leads to the excitement of the Pop Nation finale, where we'll showcase the highest-priced items, the thrill of buyers who've added the missing piece to their collection, and sellers celebrating with more cash than they ever imagined.
